We know booking a boudoir session can come with an endless supply of questions. That's why we've put together some of the most commonly asked questions our clients have asked before their arrival.
What is boudoir photography?
Boudoir is an intimate, empowering style of photography designed to celebrate your confidence, your story, and your connection to your body. At Wild Hunnies, boudoir is a luxury experience focused on self‑love, comfort, and authenticity.
What sizes do you carry in the client closet?
Our client closet carries sizes xxs through 6xl with pieces chosen specifically for comfort, support, and confidence.
can I bring my own lingerie?
you’re more than welcome to bring your own pieces if you’d like but it's not expected.
Wild Hunnies Boudoir has a fully stocked lingerie closet with sizes ranging from XXS-6XL, curated to support and celebrate every woman’s body. Whether you’re petite, curvy, plus‑size, or anywhere in between, you’ll find beautiful options that fit comfortably and photograph beautifully.
Can you recommend some lingerie stores to shop at?
Of course if you're looking for some inspiration, some of my personal favourites include Honey Birdette, Bras N Things,Shysilk and Shein just to name a few
I'm plus size, will you know how to pose me?
Yes, As a plus‑size woman myself I understand firsthand that every body deserves intentional posing, thoughtful angles, and genuine care.
Every body moves and photographs differently. I tailor each pose to flatter your shape, highlight your favourite features, and help you feel confident and comfortable throughout the entire session. You’ll be guided from head to toe.

Are the sessions private?
Yes sessions are completely private. Only you, your photographer, and your chosen support person are present.
What if I'm not confident?
You don’t need to be. Confidence is something we build together throughout the experience. Most clients say the session changed how they see themselves.
I'm nervous is that normal?
Completely, almost every woman who walks through my door feels nervous at first. It’s completely normal. You’re stepping into something vulnerable, exciting, and deeply personal, and those butterflies mean you care about this moment.
My job is to guide you gently, support you fully, and help you settle into the experience at your own pace.
And if you need breaks throughout the session, you are absolutely allowed to take them. This is your session, your story, your moment.
Is hair and makeup included?
Makeup?
Yes! I have a gorgeous makeup artist from Strathalbyn that will come out to the studio and provide professional makeup to help you look and feel your best
Hair?
We ask that you arrive with your hair already styled and ready for your session, whether that’s by your favourite hairdresser or styled by you in a way that makes you feel confident and beautiful
Is makeup included in all packages?
Professional makeup is included in my Goddess, Queen and Royalty Collections, giving you the opportunity to relax while being professionally prepared for your session
Are you escort and kink friendly?
Yes! Wild Hunnies proudly welcomes escorts and members of the kink community to celebrate themselves in our private residential judgement free space.
Respect, Discretion and Inclusivity are the foundations of every session.
How long will it take to receive my images?
Once you've picked your images the digitals will typically be ready in 14 days. If you've ordered any products, such as polariods, wall art or albums, we ask for you to allow approximately 4 - 6 weeks for production and delivery.
What if i want to keep my photos private?
Absolutely! Your images are yours, the decision to share them is entirely up to you. Before your session you'll be asked to complete a model release outlining your preferences regarding your images usage.
If you change your mind before or on the day of your session, that's okay! We can discuss your available options and make sure you're confident with your final decision.
Do you offer payment plans?
Absolutely! I offer variety of payment plan options designed to help you invest in yourself with confidence. We'll discuss all the available options together during your consultation and choose the plan that works best for you.
How do I book?
You’ll start by filling out the Submission Form found on the Collections page. This form helps me learn a little about you, the experience you’re looking for.
Once your form is submitted, I’ll be in touch within 24–48 hours to go over your session details, answer any questions, and guide you through the next steps. From there, we’ll secure your date and begin preparing your personalised boudoir experience.
can i bring a friend/support person
you’re welcome to bring one friend or support person with you if it helps you feel more comfortable. Some clients feel more at ease having someone they trust nearby, and that’s completely okay.
Your support person is welcome to remain present throughout the session as long as they are supportive, respectful, and confidence‑boosting
How far in advance should i book?
Most clients book 4–8 weeks ahead, especially if they want a specific date or need time to plan outfits.
Do you travel for client sessions?
Yes Wild Hunnies do offer travel sessions and boudoir tours. Locations and dates are announced throughout the year.

What if i need to reschedule?
We understand that life happens. You can reschedule with notice according to the studio policy, and we'll help you find a new date.
Do I need to know how to pose?
Absolutely not! All sessions at the studio are fully guided so you never have to worry about the little details like where to put your hands!
